Short Lived High Hoods
Nebraska Central acquired four high hood GP38-2's from Wheeling and Lake Erie in 2022. They all received a nose job, but they worked as high hoods for few weeks as seen with two of them working the yard in Norfolk on the night switch job. The first of the four to receive a chop nose is in the background on the right.
