The user agrees not to use Railroad Gallery in the following manners
To violate the legal rights of others
To participate in illegal activity
To upload, distribute, and/or sell licenses for images that are not the
intellectual property of the user.
To upload, distribute, and/or sell licenses for images containing adult content, gore,
or other graphic materials.
To upload, distribute, and/or sell licenses for images taken by a livestream or webcam.
To upload, distribute, and/or sell licenses for images created by a simulation, artificial intelligence, graphic design (beyond basic photo manipulation), or video game.
To upload, distribute, and/or sell licenses for images taken illegally including, but not limited
to trespassing, violation of local ordinances, violation of federal laws.
To sell licenses and digital files for images taken via an unmanned aircraft system (UAV) without a commercial UAV certificate.
To intentionally distribute viruses, worms, hoaxes, corrupted files, scams, and other items of a deceptive manner.
To intentionally deceive users by misrepresenting an image.
To interfere with the operations of Railroad Gallery or circumvent any policy of Railroad Gallery by license holders, photographers, or other authorized users.
To reverse engineer the Railroad Gallery site to extract data.
To employ the use of robotics to artificially inflate followers, photo views, favorites, or People Choice Award votes.
To misrepresent themselves under the guise of a fake identity or persona.
To generate or distribute unsolicited mass email, promotions, or advertisements and solicitations.
