Admiral Cab Unit in the Paint Booth - An ex Southern SD40-2 unit has had it's original high nose chopped for a short hood cab, called an Admiral Cab, due to the distinct front windows tilting downwards. The unit is in the Paint Booth at the Juniata Shops. Photo taken during a Family and Friends Day event. Won't have this happen again with current management!

34 years old. Moved from Long Island New York to Altoona PA in 2009. Visited the NS Pittsburgh Line years before moving. I have become a fan of Steam Engines over the last 5 years or so. And the Union Pacific Steam engines are a big hit on my list. Exploring the country little by little when I have time.
