The Santa Train Returns - After several years of cancellation due to Covid, the Clinchfield Santa Train made its glorious return thanks to new CSX President Joe Hinrichs. A Clinchfield tradition, CSX typically sends its OCS to its predecessor’s trackage annually in order to distribute gifts to many locals within the trackside communities between Shelbiana, Ky and Kingsport, Tn. Micah Turner is a photographer, videographer, and author from Eastern Kentucky. He owns and operates Micah Turner Photography, as well as popular YouTube media outlet RailfanMicahTurner, each capturing the hidden arts of Eastern Kentucky’s beautiful landscape and wildlife, as well as its coal heritage. Micah’s authorship consists of books titled “Down The Mine” and “Over The Gravels We Travel,” which have seen thousands of copies sold worldwide.
