SP 8002 West (KCCIA) auto train meets the WCHOM at Cochise, AZ. The 8002 passes former Southern High Nose SD45 3123 in the consist of the WCHOM.

SP 8568, Rio Grande 3156 and SP 7470 lead the westbound NOLAT (New Orleans-Los Angeles) over the lower bridge at Cienega Creek. This was one of many detour trains going the wrong way down the eastbound track due to a derailment in September 1990.

SP 8330 East is about to pass next to the Mescal coaling tower with the LBHOT-06 (Long Beach-Houston Trailers). Todays consist includes another SP SD40 and four Rio Grande GP40's.

SP 7413 west leads a colorful consist with HL (BN) 6692, SP 9188 and HL (MP) 3047. The KCCIA (Kansas City-City of Industry Autos) is stopped just east of the yard waiting for track to clear and a new crew to board.
