With 3 C40-8s for power. Once you could see sets of these on both the Missabe and Iron Range Sub. Now they are mostly only seen on the Iron Range Sub out of Two Harbors. As new GE Widecab rebuilds are taking over the older power. My second trip to the Iron range is more than likely my last one

CSX 7823 was built in November of 1992 for CSX. Now over 30 years later, it's seen leading westbound M363 on the CSX Rochester Subdivision with a DC GEVO second out.
