In addition to the two former NS GP38-2s the FCRD owns, they also have two leased GC GP38-2s on the property. On 8/8/2022 both of them were seen working the port at Fernandina. To ordinary people, they likely wouldn't notice the difference between the FCRD and GC units due to the G&W paint adorned by both roads.
