Virginian 1069 leads NS 64T East in the Fall Foliage into Harrisburg for a crew change.

Shortly after its release from Altoona following a much needed repaint, NS' Virginia Railway Heritage Unit leads Intermodal 25A east on the B-Line towards Manassas, VA.

On April 28th, 2024. I captured the Virginian heritage unit leading the NS 11z on the D&H Sunbury Line with a little smoke from the exhaust on a humid afternoon.

On April 15th, 2024 I made my way down to Marion, PA On the NS Lurgan Branch to capture the Office Car Special on its way back to Altoona PA. After this shot. The train would go into emergency due to a fallen marker and later held up by MOW for 3 hours not returning to Altoona late in the evening.

On a NS Grain Train. I was surprised to see one of NS’s 20 heritage units. NS 1069 proudly wears the Virginian scheme through Kenova West Virginia.
